Hilary Duff was born on Sept 28th in Houston, Texas, and is now Sweet 16! She is best known for her role as Lizzie McGuire in the hit television series and movie. Hilary has just completed two roles in the feature films Cheaper by the Dozen and A Cinderella Story.
Her pet dog, 'Little Dog', has become so popular that they're designing a line of dog clothing called 'Little Dog Duff" to benefit Best Friends (animal sanctuary).
Also a popular recording artist, Hilary is currently on tour supporting the release of her CD, Metamorphosis.
